iCentaurus enables your call center to provide select organizations the ability to set-up and maintain their physician and class profiles from remote locations via the web. It also enables them to print rosters, memberships, management reports, patient charts and more.
VCC is a hosted version of LVM’s call center suite. When using VCC, the software resides on servers hosted in Arizona. LVM uses Iron Mountain as our hosting partner. Iron Mountain offers preeminent hosting services, including a high level of bandwidth, back-up power, security, and privacy.
LVM has partnered with Dr. Barton Schmitt and Dr. David Thompson to make available the most tested and clinically proven protocols. The content is available in two versions: after hours and office hours. It can be modified to meet the preferences of your medical advisors.
LVM is committed to ensuring you have the data you need. Working together, we map and convert your current data for use within Centaurus. Our team writes HL7 and batch interfaces so you can receive and share data with outside systems including EMRs, credentialing systems, websites, etc.
For each client implementation, LVM establishes a custom plan available in MS Project and PDF formats, so that both parties can track progress toward the “go live” date. Our Implementation team works hand-in-hand with yours to complete project tasks as assigned.
LVM offers a comprehensive training program that delivers personal, hands-on training of Centaurus. Training is offered on-site, remotely or at LVM’s corporate office in Mesa, AZ. Our knowledgeable trainers are available to answer questions about the software or provide additional training as needed.
LVM provides all facets of support to its clients – from technical trouble-shooting to custom report development. Standard Support includes general support questions in addition to customizing Centaurus to meet the individual business goals of our clients.
